"After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music."

If there is one language that has no boundaries, language, religion or color then it is the language of music, universally spoken by all. Blessed are those who can enthrall others with this god -given gift. Sneham set out on a mission to identify these blessed ones from Tampa Bay. And Voila! Raagam Sneham was conceived.

Ideas flowed, jamming sessions happened, talents were identified and soon we were ready to have a concert. Singers encouraged each other and helped each other to get the songs right. New friendships were fostered. Sunday afternoon music practice was something everyone looked forward to every week.

Our talented musicians worked hard and trained the singers well and everyone was ready to conquer their dreams. With unflinching support from family and friends, Raagam Sneham had its first music concert on May 19th 2007.

The show was an overwhelming success with an audience turnout of 350 people. People who came to the show could not stop raving about it. Though the show went past its time, people only wanted more. The success of the show encouraged people in other cities to conduct similar concerts with local talent. Sneham is proud to have been a pioneer in this movement.

Raagam Sneham's journey continued during the Talent Day event as we set out to identify the best junior singer of Tampa bay. Raagam Sneham is an integral part of Sneham and will carry its mission which is to identify local talent and provide opportunity to all aspiring as well as accomplished musicians. All Members of Raagam Sneham will be a part of the anniversary celebration with more new talent.
