What is "Speechcraft" Program?
Speechcraft is a program which enhances the communication skills of adults. It is taught by a Distinguished Toastmaster (Mr. Vijayan Nair, who led Sneham's Youth Leadership Program) who presents the fundamentals of public speaking to the participants in an atmosphere of a Toastmasters club meeting. Speechcraft has several benefits. Participants come to know and enjoy meeting friends while gaining confidence and training in their communication skills. The program gives them new opportunities to exercise their communication and leadership abilities. It also provides training in evaluating the performance of others.

How does the Program Work?
Speechcraft is taught in a seminar-style setting involving eight (weekly) sessions. It is usually conducted at local libraries or private homes, depending on the number of participants and the availability of a class room. The schedule of the program is tailored to fit the convenience of the instructor and the students. Usually, Saturday mornings (10 AM to 12: 30 PM ) are the preferred choice of the participants.
